IPS 4260 inline mode

Hi all,

We have installed IPS 4260 on our network in in-line mode.

But we are facing slowness of internet and we couldn't download files on internet because of slowness.

How can tune my sensor to avoid those problems.

Can you change the bypass mode to Auto and then see if the situation resolves.

Please also check how much traffic are you sending through the IPS and if you see a lot of fragmented packets omn the ASA when you are trying to download a file.

this dosent fixes your problem here as in Bypass mode IPS does not scan any traffic.

I would suggest to get a case created with cisco TAC to fix the issue.
