IPS Error when trying to apply the changes

Just wanted to seek assistance on below error, I tried applying changes to our IPS after I configured login-banner-text and tried to save it. I got an error below:

Need a resolution on this please.

What browser are you using and what version of IPS are you running?

Have you tried using a different browser?
