IPS smartnet

Hello

i have two IPS devices . i use only one (second one i have as cold backup) . If i will purchase only one smartnet for my active IPS device will it be possilbe if my active IPS crashes to move my smartnet account to my backup IPS device?

No, unfortunately Smartnet contract ties in with the serial number of the IPS appliance, and you can't move the Smartnet from one appliance to the other.

No, in order to update the IPS signature on the IPS to the latest, you would need to have IPS subscription license installed on the IPS.

No, in order to update the IPS signature on the IPS to the latest, you would need to have IPS subscription license installed on the IPS.
