Hi,
We are using Cisco Secure Desktop 3.1.1 on an ASA with the 7.2(3) code. I am wondering if CSD is doing any logging, and if so, where I could find the logs. I'm especially interested in results showing operating systems, firewall software, etc. of attaching clients, and reasons for policy rejections.
Thanks,

Hi James,
Thanks very much! Checking my logs, I see what is being recorded:
Secure Desktop Results: PLATFORM/FEATURE= WINDOWS_PC & CACHE_CLEANER , PC_LOCATION= Default , PC_OS_DETECTED= Windows XP SP2 , PC_AV_DETECTED= McAfee VirusScan (8.0-10.0, Enterprise 7.0-8.0)
I don't see anything about firewall, or Anti-Spyware. Does this mean that the remote computer doesn't have either, or does it mean that those values aren't recorded?
I scanned my laptop for a hostscan.log file, but the search came up empty.
Thanks,
- Steve
