NAC CANNOT GET UPDATES from CISCO SERVER

The NAC appliance cannot get updates from Cisco Server. I tried to route it to firewall directly but the same thing happen. The NAC appliance stop updating last December 03, 2010. The update schedule is every 14 days (336 hours).Can somebody help me on this?

Do you have any filter list to block this request on firewall?

No, there is no filter list or any access list that blocking the NAC to firewall. The file that I've attached shows that some of the updates are working. The AV/AS updates from the cisco server are the one not working.

Hi Richard

You could find some clues by following message.

a. CAM support log (log level trace) and analyst it.

b, capture packet on CAM E0 interface.

c, check content filter on data path.
