Need Part Number for NAC Upgrade License

Hi Cisco,

Can you please provide me the part number to upgrade customer license from 250 to 500 user count for a 3310?  The customer currently has a 3310 CAS that is licensed for 250 concurrent users.  They wish to increase the number of concurrent users they can support to 500.

I believe it is something like NAC3315-250FB-K9 (Failover CAS) or NAC3315-250-K9 (Stanalone CAS).

I believe 3310 are no longer shipped, and they were replaced by 3315.

You will then get a PAK and with that PAK obtain a new license that you will install in the CAM GUI.

Please remember that ALL licenses are based on the MANAGER eth0 mac address.

I found the part number needed:  NAC3310-250UL

The Ordering Guide you referenced states:  Note: Upgrade eDelivery License Support is still available for Models 3310 and 3350.

So I'm assuming the upgrade license can still be ordered.
