PIX bandwidth

Is there a way to limit bandwidth and throughput on a cisco PIX interface?

For example I have 1 interface for my 8mb internet connecton and 2 interfaces for my 2 internal LANS. I would like to limit each of the LAN interfaces to 4mb each for example. Is this possible?

if you have pix OS 7.x or later you can implement QoS. What version is your OS?

yes we have 7.x.

so what would I have to do to enforce a bandwidth limit on an interface?
