PIX getting rebooted

Hi,

I have a PIX 535 running on 6.3(5).

Recently , I find it getting rebooted frequently . The logs point out 'authentication error' as well.

Moreover, it kicks me off after 2 seconds when I login with my tacacs username/password.

What could be the reason for this erratic behaviour ?

All of a sudden , it is working fine now. there hasn't been any change in the network/rise in the traffic flow.

Check the CPU utilizatation and memory consumption used by the PIX, because this may cause your pix to restart it. remove the acs serve and try it out.
