Hi,

I can't view the timestamp when I use the cmd "show logging" on PIX. How can I enable timestamp?

Thanks.

You need to issue the logging timestamp command:

Hope that helped ...

As I understand it, you have timestamp enabled, but it's not showing up in the logs.

Unfortunately, the timestamp only works on syslogs that are sent to a logging host, not

syslogs sent to the buffer, console, etc.

I belive an enhancement bug has been filed to address this though.

Yup, you are right. I have tried enabling timestamp command, but it will only work on syslog server.

Is the patch that address this problem out already?
