Sorry for the delay in responding. The beta at this stage is scheduled to begin in July '04 timeframe.
If you want to get on it contact your Account Manager and have him organise it for you, you'll need to register as a beta site before the beta starts. Don't expect to just receive the v7.0 beta code via the TAC after the beta starts, make sure you register.
