Dear all,
I need to know the CLI command or anything for assess from ASA-5520 to SMM-20 and command to upgrade the version for this module.

Firstly, you would need to connect the management port on the SSM20 module to your network to manage the SSM module. You won't be able to upgrade the SSM module through the ASA itself.
To setup the SSM20 module from the ASA initially, you can go to the ASA CLI, and type "session 1", and it will bring you to the SSM module prompt. Once you have management ip address setup on the SSM module and connected the SSM management port to your network, you can directly access the IDM.
Here is the doc to upgrade:

The easiest is to use IDM to upgrade instead of CLI. Once you have connectivity to IDM, there is a section to perform the upgrade.
Hope this helps.
