Problems adding a new Firewall PIX in the Resource Manager Escential

I try to add a new Firewall PIX to the Resource Manager Escential on a Cisco Works VMS, but it doesn't work. The software does not recognize it. From what the client sais, it has another 2 Pix equipements wich handle the same IP Address, wich is de DMZ interface address. Is this the cause of the problem or what can be done so that the Resource Manager Escential on the Cisco Works VMS accept new Firewall Pix equipements?

The resolution for this error is to install the latest update for RME. Install the latest

available Incremental Device Update (IDU) for RME 3.5 from the following link:

http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/cw2000-rme

You need to download and install the following files in the same order as listed bellow:

1. RME35.IDU.v5-0.win.exe

2. RME35.IDU.v12-0.win.exe
