i'm replacing a PIX 520 with 3 10/100 interfaces, and 1K user license. thw PIX si 5 years old an i need to put in a new one. what would be the best replacement PIX?

This is mostly depending on the required clear-text throughput and (if needed) VPN throughput.

Lucky guess would be that the 506E will allready do for you, otherwise the 515E, but if you post the required throughput I can tell for sure.

Would the PIX-515E-R-DMZ-BUN work?

This one will do (is the DMZ bundle with 3 interfaces?), the restricted software license does support three interfaces maximum.

The PIX 515E supports up to 185Mbps clear-text throughput, over 20Mbps VPN-throughput, 2000 VPN tunnels.

I´ll guess this is more then enough

I think a 506E will also do :-)
