Restoring PIX configuration

Hi all, i'm going slightly mad trying to sort this.

I have a PIX 515 reset to factor default, I'ved assigned an IP in the same subnet as my TFTP server.

I believe I need to use the following command to restore the configuration.  (Note I have tried it via config t and copy and paste but some of the lines of the config error so I'm hoping this is more reliable).

I'm doing the following -

configure net [<location>]:[<pathname>]

I'm following this but am unsure of that the location and path name should be

example - tftp-server 10.1.1.42 /pixfirewall/config/test_config

My TFTP server is 192.168.106.10 and my PIX has 192.168.106.3.  My config file "BackupConfig" is in the root of the TFTP directory

Hi

you can do :

conf t

tftp-server inside 192.168.106.10 /BackupConfig
configure net

This one if you have the file on the root of the tftpserver
Before this i think you should verify the conectivity between the firewall and the tftp server
