SA reporting DNS problem

Hi,

I think this is a very simple problem but I don't see what's happening...

I have an SA 540 allowing Internet access. The internal machines use an internal DNS server to get out to the Internet.

Everything works fine.

The problem is when I enabled Content Filtering and I specify to block a specific site for instance www.google.com

I've done this before on other sites with no problem.

This time, when I do this, and if an internal computer try to access www.google.com it gets the correct error that it is prohibited by the Firewall.

The problem is that all http access is blocked as well, but the error is ''A DNS error occurred while opening the page''

I'm attaching the screenshot for the error. Don't know why this is happening. Please help!

If I remove the Content Filtering checkmark, everything started working again fine.

Federico.

Hey,

Just want to let everybody know this was a bug in the code. I upgraded to the latest firmware and the problem is resolved.

Thanks,

Federico.
