SFR Module Failure

If there is a SFR module failure or some other event that requires an SNMP trap to be generated , is it the ASA host that sends the trap or the SFR individual module?

A module failure syslog message would come from the ASA (assuming you have a syslog server configured).

The FireSIGHT Management Center / Defense Center would also show a health event and potentially generate a syslog event if you had it configured to do so.
