shunned ip and failover - big trouble

I have 2 asa 5520 in active/standbye failover.

Trouble in the next:

shunned ip not replicated to standbye asa...

It's bug or not?

I forgot next:

If I set shun ip from CLI - this replicate to stanbye

But if shun ip add themselves(fron threat-detection) this ip not replicate to stanbye
