Standard Operating Procedure For Cisco Firewall

i want to ask it is cisco have a SOP about Firewall because i want to create SOP for my company.

There's no published Cisco SOP that I'm aware of. The closest thing I can think of are the SBA Deployment guides posted here (refer to the Firewall and Remote Access VPN guides).
