to check if moving TLS version from TLSv1 to more secure is upgrade or update in cisco dns

customer would like to improve TLS version from TLS1 for security reason, will that be upgrade/update.Installed Version: 9.1.1.1 PCV: 12.1.0

 

Allows insecure protocol: TLSv1.0,
Allows insecure protocol: TLSv1.0, Allows insecure protocol: TLSv1.1,
 
I am very new to this box so not aware.
