Has anyone had the issue of not being able to edit the AD Join Username and AD Join Password? Our system was setup with a temporary service account and I wanted to switch it to a correct one. However every time i hit save. The AD Join Username reverts back to what it was.
This wasn't a big issue until i had a type-o with the AD Join password. Now some how the password is wrong and it won't let me change that either.
I've created a new realm but haven't switched to it yet. I just wanted to know if others have seen not being able to edit the AD Join Username.

Same here... I also have a bad realm config that it doesn't let me delete either due to a database error so my realm config in general has been an issue for a few versions at this point.

Hi There,
This bug might help.
https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvb57936
The issue has workaround which you already seems to have done. Also the fields do not have * mark on them meaning they are not must for realm config and can be left blank and your passive auth would still work.
However, in case you are going to use captive portal with kerberos, this field is required.
Hope it helps,
Yogesh
