Update VMS software

I would like to ensure that they VMS software is completely updated. I know that I need to install some updates to Ciscoworks as well as some VMS updates. Can anyone point me to a document that will allow me to upgrade the entire VMS with current software? Also, does Cisco ever plan on doing a bundle install so that it is one stop shopping?
