Urgently recommended version for virtual defense center and sensor

I need to know the recommended versions for the below

Virtual defense center current version is 5.4.1.3

7120 sensor device current version is 5.4.0.4

Cisco doesn't make an official recommendation as of right now for those products.

The current latest version for both is 6.0.1 and I have found that release to be stable.

I uploaded the images for virtual DC and begin upgrade but there is no space available although I checked spaces and find it is enough. Can you send me the needed commands to check the needed spaces for both DC and devices to make the upgrade ?

In this link there is a section which talks about the minimum space needed to upgrade.
