VMS 2.2 Problem

I am newer to VMS. In the past I use CSPM to manage the firewall. I have the following question thay is unclear.

1. Where should I create the network object ? (In Global or Device)

2. How can the VMS know which network object related to which firewall?

3. Can VMS automatically generate the access-list to related firewall?
