VMS 2.3 update

I am running into some issues updating the VMS. I ran the update that would include all CiscoWorks and VMS updates as well as SecMon. I can now log into CiscoWorks and can check out the server, but the minute I click on the Sensors or CSA Agents or Monitoring, I get this page cannot be displayed. Has anyone ran into this during their update process? Thanks

It looks like the reasoning behind my issues were OS related. I have reinstalled my Windows 2000 Pro and will install the VMS 2.3 software.
