Hi guys,
i have one doubt in VM ware ......
Is it possible to communicate from VMware(eg Windows XP) to another VM ware (eg Windows 7)... Its like.....
PC-1 (VM ware(Win XP))-----> PC-2 (VM Ware (Win 7))

If your VMWare is connected to a switch port, and you configure those PCs in the same subnet and vlan, they should be able to communicate to each other.

without switch we cant connect ah

you can have them connected via straight/cross cable ( Ethernet MDI/MDIX Auto Cross feature), and configure the Virtual machine interface to be bridged with the Physical interface.
If you are using NAT mode, then add a staic route for the virtual network of VM on the other host to the other hosts physical interface IP address
