Web Access of Nacs in Local Host

i cannot access Nacs thru http://127.0.0.1:2002 , what could be the problem

Confirm this is ACS. Are you on the local host. Are the CS* services running? Did it ever work?

How will u see whether CS * Services are running

Look for

-CSAUTH

-CSADMIN

-CSRADIUS

-CSTACACS

-CSDBSYNC

-CSLOG

-CSMON
