Hello all! So I am a college student attempting to use the Cisco NetAcad program for a course I am taking. The first two weeks of the course I was able to access my online course just fine, but now whenever I attempt to login, the system says my credentials are incorrect. I even reset my password, and the issue still persists. Could anyone offer another solution, besides those already on the FAQ? Thanks!
