We have a ServiceNow ticketing connector set up. Currently it can only create a ticket either for a fix or for a vulnerability. And creating a ticket has to be done manually.
Can the API assist with automatically creating tickets? For example, create tickets automatically as new vulnerabilities are found? I looked at the API reference but couldn't determine if that is possible.
Also, is it possible for the connector to create a ticket on the host instead of vulnerability/fix?
