I'm using a VPN 3005 Concentrator, VPN Client 4.6.04.0043 and my laptop is a 1.1 Ghz Pentium M with 768 MB of DDR Ram running XP Pro. There is no obvious connection to why it happens. I'm not transfering a big file, idle for a period of time, etc. I thought it was a problem with the built-in speaker and microphone. B/c I would usually hear a sound before it would lock up or when I used my ip communicator and started a phone call. Even if i leave my speakers and mic muted it still happens. Help!

Can you try from other PC. If the problem is coming on just one PC I am sure the issue is PC specific .

i tried another computer and it works. So it probably is specfic to the laptop. Not sure....i have the vpn client not installed on the root (C:\), its on e:\. Not sure if that would cuase a problem.
