CSA server causing MrxSmb errors

A little history...

We are sending the alerts that we get from the CSA server to a snmp management station. About 2 weeks ago the alerts stopped coming to our management station. We rebooted the CSA server and everything started working again (thank you microsoft).

This morning the snmp alerts stopped again. After further investigation I saw a bunch of MrxSmb (event ID 3034) in the system event viewer. I stopped and restarted the snmp service (problem still occurred) and then I stopped and restarted the ciscoworks services. The messages stopped appearing in the system event viewer, and the snmp alerts started appearing again in our management station.

It appears as though this is a ciscoworks problem. Is this a known bug? Is there a fix for this?

What version of CSA MC are you using?

4.0.1.119 or 4.0.1.540 or 4.0.2.627 or 4.0.2.629?
