proxy server IP packet structure

If I access Internet from a c

lient machine using a proxy server client mac-address will reflect in ip packet or proxy mac address will reflect in ip packet ?

Normally, the client would send TCP/80 connection towards proxy server, and proxy server will connect to the outside webserver, and proxy the connection back to the client. In this case, the outside webserver will only see the proxy server ip address.
