Query user problem

Folks,

When a CSA agent queries a user as per the rule and the user deny's the request, it does not get cached? just like permit? what is the user made a mistake and wants to remove it from the cached reponses and try it again?

Press the "Clear" button on the User Query Responses screen and have them try again.
