Does Cisco have product that can stop a machine or many machines from INSIDE the network from producing a SYN FLOOD situation ONTO the ISP network?

Cisco IDS can detect such floods and Cisco PIX can block them.
Alternativly you can try snort and linux router.
Please correct me if im wrong 🙂

You can test NBAR in order to detect, control and if wanted block such type of traffic.
