4500E IPVS camera issue

When in the web browser interface and trying to view video in the view video tab a warning message window pops up with "IP Address is 127.0.0.1 and it may cause some problems when playing stream." Could not find any configuration for localhost, IP address is 10.10.100.118/24. Appreciate any help. Thanks, Ted

Hi Ted,

I have heard of this issue happening under a few circumstances.

Another ActiveX control could be interfering.

Try reinstalling the ActiveX control that views HD video from 4500 cameras (DxPlayInstaller in Programs and Features for Windows 7 or Add/Remove Programs in XP)

Disable your antivirus and try again.
