MaxMind Script fails 7.4.1

Has anyone tried to use the maxmind script provided here https://developer.cisco.com/codeexchange/github/repo/CiscoSE/MaxmindAsnImporter/ to import maxmind data into 7.4.1?  Im using an instance in Dcloud and i get

The MaxMind Import script hasn't been updated in 3+ years and is not validated to work with SNA 7.4.1. Some changes in login have taken place over several versions and I'd hypothesize that the MaxMind script hasn't been updated to reflect those.
