Resolution
The Cisco Secure Access Control Server (ACS) supports various external databases for authentication including Novell Netware. However, always check the compatibility of both the Novell Netware and Cisco Secure ACS versions.
For a list of supported user databases, refer to Table 15 - User Databases in Supported and Interoperable Devices and Software Tables for Cisco Secure ACS for Windows Server 3.3.
Additionally, refer to the Authentication Protocol and User Database Compatibility table of the Overview page to get an understanding on the known standards for authentication protocols and the interoperability of user databases.
