Not able to access web pages created with VBScript in WebVPN when a VPN 3000 Series Concentrator with software version 4.7 is used

Core issue

This problem occurs because WebVPN does not support VBScript.

Cisco bug ID CSCsa93495 is filed for this issue.

Resolution

As a workaround, perform either of these steps:

  • Use a Cisco VPN client or a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) client.
  • Downgrade to version 4.1, which works with WebVPN even if it is not supported.
