Issue:-
The user gets Internet explorer script error when the NAC agent tries to start. Following message pops up:-
Resolution :-
1. Uninstall the Cisco Nac Agent from the system.
2. Manually wipe out directory "C:\Program Files\Cisco\Cisco NAC Agent" in case the uninstall left anything behind.
3. Download regrserv32a.exe from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/267279
4. Run regserva.exe - this will extract regserv32.exe on disk
5. Open a command prompt and cd to the directory where regserv32.exe was extracted
6. Run regsvr32.exe msxml3.dll (it will pop up a dialog saying the registration was successful.
7. Install the NAC Agent
8. See if the agent pops without errors.
