FCoE vs. FC limitations and concerns

We are moving from Fibre Channel on brocade switches to Cisco FCoE using Nexus/UCS/NetApp. I have many people tell me good and bad about this. Someone actually asked me if I was moving to FCoE from FC on purpose or if I had a death wish? I know what acronym FCoE means and that's about it. Can some people chime in on this with honest experiences with FCoE?

To be honest I'm not too impressed,

1. we've had serious bottleneck issues between cisco and brocade equipment.

2. the amount of cabling in the racks has exploded because we now are using passthrough modules in our blade chassis.

3. we have to contact the network dept. every time we add servers.

4. troubleshooting has gone from being a challange to a nightmare.
