HBA card not visible

Problem Details : HBA card not visible in storage switch end.Even we tried reseting the HBA physically.

Only 1 HBA is connected.

Let me know your advice to proceed.

what kind of troubleshooting have you done so far ?  If the WWN is not logged-in to the switch you need to validate your cabling, patch panel ..etc.  If WWN is logged-in to the switch but not logged-in to your array, then you need to validate your zoning.

Do you use CIMC ?

Do you see the adaptors in CIMC ? inserted in PCI slot x ?

Which type of I/O adaptor ?

Is the option rom enabled ?
