What are the errors on the UCS 5108 mini?

CRC Errors seen on Backplane Port.. second port of blade slot 5 if I am not mistaken.

Is Blade 5 properly inserted?

We don't have blade 5, only 4 blades.

noticed a peculiarity

FI-IO module is connected to the storage system, but the destination port is missing on two blades. Rebooting doesn't help.
