Hi guys,

I think cisco Tac case collection is not being used any more as I get a blank page when try to reach it.

Is there any other tool which works like it.

I know this post is a couple of months old, however, if time permits, I would like to understand your requirement in a bit more detail please. Yes, the TAC CC portal was decommissioned. Please do share your thoughts on what you had in mind.

Ssa Harmit Singh ji,

I loved that tool as it saved me a lot of pain while troubleshooting.

So wondering if there is any alternative available.

TAC CC is no longer in production. As of now, there is no other alternative available, apart from CSC. I used to write TAC CC documents myself about 8-9 yrs ago and I understand where you are coming from. Thank you for your feedback though, appreciate it.
