I had to disassemble an out-of-warranty WebEx Room Kit Pro Codec to inspect the wi-fi radio inside. I am now to the point of reassembly and am wondering if these Cisco products can be used. Cisco cleaning kit: UCSX-HSCK= and Cisco processor heatsink paste: UCS-CPU-GREASE3=. Does anyone have experience with reseating the Arria 10 SoC to its heatsink? Is there a Cisco resource that defines what thermal paste to use? Looking for some guidance what to use or at least hear of a successful choice in thermal paste made by others. Thanks for your time.
