Problem with Pearson vue account name

I was going to register a CCNA exam when I saw a paragraph saying that if your legal name doesn't match your account name then you won't be able to participate. So I sent Pearson Vue a message about my problem and they told me that they can't do anything and  I should  contact cisco. Please tell me what can I do because every time I try to change my Pearson Vue account name, I can't, no matter what I do.

I think similar case was mentioned on CLN forum. you should Open case with cert support page;
