I occationally get the above error message on my web attendant when I try to forward callers to voicemail ( Active Voice ). At that time I get a fast busy tone on my 7690 phone.Has anyone experienced a similar error?.

Since enabling extension mobility, after a user logs into and out of a phone the messages button no longer dials my voicemail, it must be dialed manually. Any ideas why this may be happening and how to solve the problem.
