Port 2208 is open so there should be no issue in connecting. Can you please explain what error you are getting and also what request you are sending from API . we will try to look into the connection problem .
Resolved the disable error for the user, please use default credential for user (The credential provided the time of reservation). And please don't use wrong password multiple times as it results in account disable.
