The firmware has never helped fix this problem. Stop telling us to update the firmware unless there is a specific fix for the random, catastrophic, wireless failure, which has existed for a long time and still not fixed.
Yeah, everyone has this problem. Its not just on video calls. The wireless just randomly freezes and you have to reboot. They list it in their documentation. Which means Cisco is happy to sell us $450 defective products with the Cisco brand. Sorry!
Yeah exactly. Cisco, can you just fix the wireless problem? Literally all of us have this same issue, and the response is “reboot” - wireless routers from 15 years ago are more stable. Please fix it
