cuando intento reproducir un video con review player no me reproduce nada, si abre el programa pero no reproduce el video.alguna sugerencia por favor.

hola, buen día!si, mira. Al descargar el video en formato .cva del SASD version 7.7 e intentar reproducirlo en el Cisco Review Player x64 en windows 10 x64. Abre el reproductor pero no reproduce el video.
