I'm managing an email system using ironportc300v and sma m380. Users who mainly using Vietnamese for subject and content. When i report for week using report, i saw that :
It's cannot resolve unicode subject. Please help me.

I checked in mail_log. It resolve correct subject. Even in message tracking subject is correct too. But in reporting, it's cannot resolve the subject.
