I have used WebEx for my classes this semester with great success. Thank you!  However, there is one very annoying issue that I keep running into: when I share my screen, I get the WebEx controls at the very top of my Desktop, and they often cover up...

In Desktop App -> Preferences -> Calandar I can choose to show meetings scheduled through WebEx *or* Outlook to show up under the list of Upcoming Meetings, but I can't seem to be able for *both* sets of meetings to show up at once ... is this possib...
